Violent crime has rapidly increased on our streets over the last 50 years!

Sexual immorality is pandemic!

 

There are more underage pregnancies than ever before!

 

Aborting babies has become a common and ‘normal’ practice!

 

There is constant rebellion against authority!

 

Politicians have become more dishonest, lying to the people rather than protecting them!

 

Alcohol and drug abuse has become rampant in our society!

 

People are being conditioned by the ‘powers that be’ and the media to think and act uniformly; freedom of speech is being taken away!

 

Morals, standards and manners have declined to the degree of near non-existence!

 

The ‘digital age’ has made people anti-social!

 

There is a widespread lack of discipline in our homes and schools!

People are less thankful these days.

 

Things that were seen as abnormal and unnatural are now seen as ‘normal’ and are promoted throughout society!

 

The entertainment industry has encouraged and promoted sex before marriage, adultery, pornography and unnatural forms of sexuality!

Those who hold to a traditional view of ‘gender identity’ and refuse to view the world through ‘gender neutral’ spectacles are being marginalised. You now risk reprisals, or even legal action, if you don’t go along with the ‘transgender agenda’!

 

TV is desensitizing people and making them less sensitive to cruelty and violence!

 

No one today has a FINAL AUTHORITY to turn to. People’s opinions are based on emotions and ever changing public opinion!

 

Christianity is being marginalized!

 

People will do almost anything for money these days!

 

Lying has become the norm to the point that we expect to be lied to for instance when buying a product or service. People lie to one another SO MUCH that oftentimes you cannot differentiate between what is truth and what is false!

 

So why have we sunk so low?

 

How come watching sex and violence on TV doesn’t shock us anymore? Whether you believe it or not this country of ours is in such a mess because we have departed from obeying God’s word (the Bible), it’s as simple as that!

 

You don’t believe me? I’ll prove it to you!

 

Go back just thirty years; were children better behaved or worse?

 

You KNOW they were better behaved!

Each generation is growing up knowing less and less about God and the Bible! Can you believe in today’s society, children are stabbing each other with knives, getting ‘reassigned’, rebelling against authority, getting pregnant etc. You KNOW that many of our streets are no longer safe; gangs of youths roam around looking for trouble, children grow up with no real purpose just drifting through life. Most grow up without knowing where they are going, oblivious to the true meaning of life.

So what has happened?

 

‘For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God’.

 

Once, children were brought up to believe in God and to fear Him regarding the consequences of their SINS; there was a fear of God in days gone by, there is very little today, if any! God has written some very strong words in the Bible: ‘God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar... As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known’.

 

THERE IS NO FEAR OF GOD BEFORE THEIR EYES.

 

Schools have replaced the teaching of God’s creation with the ‘theory’ of evolution. They no longer teach the Bible to our children, therefore children no longer feel accountable for their sin... They do not even know what sin is!

 

And yet, the Bible says that if you don’t have your sins forgiven you will go to Hell forever when you die! The Devil has truly blinded the minds of millions of people today... ‘In whom the god of this world (the Devil) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them’.

 

The truth is that ‘He that believeth on the Son (Jesus Christ) hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him’. ‘And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire’. However, the Lord Jesus Christ has provided a way for you to have your sins forgiven and go to Heaven when you die; He took your sins and punishment upon Himself, died and was buried, on the third day He rose again, conquering sin and death. Jesus Christ loved you that much!

 

Are you ready to realise you are a sinner, repent and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive you of all your sins? Ask Him to lead and guide you in every decision you make from now on.

 

Do it today before it’s too late!

 

‘For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life’.
